• Box Office opens 60 minutes before show time
• Patrons choose their seats when purchasing tickets
• Patrons with reservations must arrive at the Box Office 60 minutes before show time to select their seat
• Patrons with or without reservations may select seats at the time tickets are paid for
• Patrons holding reservations must arrive at the Box Office at least 5 minutes before show time
• At 5 minutes before show time, the wait-listed patrons may begin to pay for and select seats, and reservation holders who have not paid for tickets by that time may lose their reservations, and may be turned away in the event of a sold-out show
• Once the number of unreserved seats are sold to walk-ins (those who have not made reservations via the Hotline), a waiting list is created, and only patrons with reservations may purchase tickets and select seats
• Specific seats can only be reserved at the time tickets are paid for
