Discounts
Multi-Child: families with more than one child may be given tuition discounts based on the following formula:
- 1st child – full price
- 2nd child – 25% discount of full price
- 3rd child – 25% discount of full price
- All remaining siblings 25% discount of full price
MAC member discount: MAC members recieve a 10% discount of full price.
Cancellation Policy
- if MAC cancels: full refund is given
- MAC may cancel if a minimum attendance is not reached
- If student cancels
- The non-refundable deposit is retained
- If cancel after 1st or 2nd class, refund is prorated by cost/class
- If cancel after 3rd class, no refund is given
Returned Checks

$25 fee for returned checks
Sign In / Sign Out
- Students must be signed and signed out by a parent or caretaker in the sign in book.
- Parents may authorize and specify (if any) who may sign in/sign out their child on the emergency contact form.
Emergency Contacts
- Each child must have a completed emergency contact form on file in the MAC office. Please notify MAC immediately if there is any updated information to be noted by calling (304) 258-2300. Otherwise, the contact form will stay on file for one year without updates.
Inclement Weather
- If Morgan County Schools cancel due to weather, so do we.
