What Is A Tombola?
Approximately 120 pieces of art will be displayed throughout
the Country Inn. Each piece will be numbered and described
in the evening’s event program. Ticketholders will view the art
and note their favorite pieces in their programs. Ticketholders’
stubs will be placed in a drum. When the first ticket is drawn,
that ticketholder will choose his or her favorite piece of art
from the display of over 100 pieces. The next ticket drawn will
pick from the remaining 99 pieces, and so on, until all the art
is selected. The drawings will be held throughout the evening
with 30-40 tickets picked at each drawing. Tombola Art will be
displayed in the Paradox Room at the Ice House in October.
